Hello Everyone!
These pictures I chose to share are from a photography class I took last year at the University of Cincinnati. The prompt for this project was to take "cliche" pictures. The project focused on what "chiche photography" meant to us personally (there was no right or wrong answer). I ended up with around 30 subjects but decided to only share a few. The first one I thought was cliche is of my dog Obi. While I think he is the greatest dog ever and very photogenic, I have to admit that almost any dog/cat pictures are generally cliche. Secondly I chose this picture of me holding a sparkler. It reminded me of something I would see on a Pinterest board, or something another person could easily recreate. The other pictures with flowers and food I thought as cliche as well. This was the first project I shot with my camera, it took a lot of quick learning to understand the basic functions of a camera but now I am more passionate about photography and often take pictures of everyday life.

Hi Sarah. Your photography looks very good. "Everyday life" is one of my favorite topics. I would love to see more of your photography.
